Vacation Pay: Enesun employees can earn vacation time upon completion of each long term assignment. Up to one week a year! (May not be available with all assignments - ask for more details.)
Health Insurance: Enesun offers full health insurance coverage through Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare, the Premium Plan. Individual coverage is provided at no cost to the employee and Enesun pays 50% of the cost of the family coverage.
Dental Insurance: Enesun offers Dental coverage through Delta Dental. Individual coverage is covered at 100% and family coverage is offered at 50%.
401k Plan: Enesun is proud to offer a 401k plan in which you are eligible to participate upon your date of hire. No waiting period! The plan is internet based which allows you to make allocation changes as often as you wish. The plan currently offers a choice of 10 diverse funds of which to choose from.
Disability, Life and Accident Insurance: Enesun is pleased to offer these types of insurance through AFLAC, one of the leaders in the insurance industry! The premiums for these types of policies are offered via payroll deduction and all policies are portable, which means you can take them with you if you ever leave Enesun's employment!
Direct Deposit: Enesun offers direct deposit of your weekly paycheck, which is highly recommended!
Housing: If needed Enesun can assist you with high quality temporary housing throughout your assignment.
Licensure Reimbursement: Once a nurse has completed two 13-week assignments, they are eligible to be reimbursed for licensure renewal in the state they are working!
Free Scrubs: Enesun provides it's employees with FREE SCRUBS! Each employee earns a free pair of scrubs before their first assignment! (when available)
On-Call: At Enesun there is always a Staffing Specialist on-call, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide you with the support you need whenever you need it!
